Hello there, I’d like to display subcategories underneath a category, similar to this: [https://discuss.codecademy.com/c/guide](https://discuss.codecademy.com/c/guide). However, I’m unable to find the setting that allows me to display my subcategories above the topics and in this view. I found this recent discussion on this: [Sorting Categories within Categories](https://meta.discourse.org/t/sorting-categories-within-categories/78065), but the topic has closed. I also confirmed that I’m up to date on my version. Thanks, Nina ---

It’s a category setting that you’re looking for. Visit the parent category and hit the wrench icon. Under the **Settings** tab scroll down to **Appearance** and check the box next to `Show subcategory list above topics in this category`.
