# Displaying categories on the homepage

Hello everyone, I couldn’t find it by looking through the admin panel. I want there to be a section with categories on the website’s first entry. When you enter the site, categories will be the homepage directly. If you could help me find where to make this setting, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Go to admin - settings `desktop category page style`

Regular users can also set their own default homepage in their preferences under interface tab:

This section only changes the arrangement of the categories, but what I want is to have categories and topics displayed directly on the homepage.

Activating the homepage option in user preferences is fine, but I want to select that specific page as the homepage for every user.

You can choose the order using the `top menu` admin setting (with the first one in the list being the homepage). 👍
