# Do questions & user replies are part of link juice?

The user who posts the questions with details and corresponding replies are part of DOFOLLOW or NOFOLLOW ? I am asking in context of SEO.

with topic replies your not going anywhere so the context of SEO doesnt really make any difference?

Your not linking anywhere else as each reply is within the one topic…

What are you trying to achieve?

I want to have google use forum posts for page ranking but at the same time afraid if people comment the copies content which may get google penalty.

dofollow and nofollow only apply to links. All links posted by users are nofollow by default.

Once the user becomes trusted (level 3) then the links they post can become dofollow - but you can also turn that off as well and keep all links posted by users nofollow.
