# Docker install failing on bootstrap - that make the CPU Usage 100%

That make the CPU Usage 100%.And then i could not connect to the VPS.  
It failed when the all Ruby Gems completely installed,the i found the CPU Usage 100%.  
Is there sth. wrong with the VPS ? The DNS ? OR other.

It’s not really clear from what you have given us.

If you cannot ssh to your VPS, then it sounds like there is a problem with the VPS.

If docker is failing, then some logs from the failure would be helpful.
