# Does Discourse support Google Structured Data (i.e. schema.org)?

[Google supports structured data](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/data-type-selector), including a forum data type it seems:

> Schema.org Type: DiscussionForumPosting - A posting to a discussion forum.
I’ve seen other forums show up in Google search results with comment count, author count, and other structured data.
Does Discourse support this and if not, is it on the roadmap?

I replied to that suggested topic. It appears someone attempted to address this, but it just fizzled out. I’m hoping my comments on that thread get things moving along again.
