# Does Discourse terms of use prevent racist groups from using it?

I was reading [news about the racist groups in NY Times](http://www.nytimes.com/2014/07/13/opinion/sunday/seth-stephens-davidowitz-the-data-of-hate.html?_r=0). Apparently there is an online forum called [stormfront.org](http://stormfront.org) which promotes racism using vBulletin. Do Discourse terms disallow such usage?
