`~~~` does not prevent auto-manipulation of pasted content, which three backticks does

When someone pastes formatted text into a code block opened with three tildes (`…~~~`), the Markdown composer adds formatting markers such as `**` to the pasted text. The same paste into a code block opened with three backticks stays unchanged. This commit makes both kinds of code block preserve pasted text.
