# هل زيادة الرد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تزيد التفاعل؟

لدينا حوالي 12٪ من المشاركات التي تم إجراؤها عبر البريد الإلكتروني وهناك العديد من المستخدمين الذين لن يشاركوا على الإطلاق لولا القدرة على استخدام البريد الإلكتروني. وجود الخيار أمر جيد في رأيي.
