如果用户可以查看文件，他们就可以下载该文件， **除非** 他们是匿名用户。如果您希望阻止未登录的用户下载附件，请切换以下设置：
**`prevent anons from downloading files`** 防止匿名用户下载附件。
或者，您可能希望为具有特定信任级别的用户设置一个类别，并在那里共享附件。您可以通过以下方式进行操作：
- 限制为特定的信任级别（“安全” → “组” → “添加组”）
如果您想更改信任级别的前提条件，可以在“设置” → “信任级别” → “对设置进行适用更改”中进行操作。

我已经这样做了，但是有太多人只是为了下载文件而注册。我想阻止这种情况发生。
