## AI-generated summary

[newbit1337](/t/-/414377/1) asks for clarification on the triggers for the private message that prompts users to verify their email address. Specifically, they inquire whether this notification is sent based on a personal bounce score and what the threshold is, or if it is also triggered by soft bounces such as 'out of office' replies. The user also requests information on how to deactivate this feature entirely.

When do users get the private message asking them if their email is correct?
Is there any way I can deactivate this? It seems users also get this message when there is a soft-bounce like an ‘out of office’ reply, is that correct? Or do they get the message based on their personal bounce score? If so, what is the threshold and can I change it or can I somehow deactivate that message?

Thanks,
