# 虽然其他用户没有编辑，但仍显示编辑冲突指示器

我认为当一个用户看不到的标签在有可见标签的同时被添加时，就会发生这种情况。

我可以通过以下步骤重现：

1. 使用测试用户创建一个新主题并发布。
2. 使用管理员（或其他有权添加标签的用户）为主题添加至少一个不在可见性受限的标签组中的标签，以及至少一个测试用户看不到的标签。保存更改。
3. 以测试用户的身份，进入你的主题，点击铅笔图标进行编辑，并在正文中添加新的一行。

预期结果：没有编辑冲突，因为此时没有人正在编辑该主题。  
实际结果：显示了冲突指示器。

附加说明：谁添加可见标签并不重要。例如，当测试用户在创建主题之前添加它时，它也有效。
