我在最近更新的至少 4 个不同的 Discourse 站点上都复现了该问题。
每当我创建新帖子并立即尝试编辑以修正错别字或添加更多内容时，编辑器窗口右下角就会开始显示一个警告，提示与我自己头像存在编辑冲突。
首次保存时，会弹出一个提示，说明帖子无法保存，因为它正被其他用户编辑，但随后会提供“覆盖”按钮。点击该按钮后，帖子即可正常保存。
