# 编辑功能在X天后关闭，但标记后呢？

Just a question: if an older post is flagged, _then_ the poster can edit to fix it still? (some strangeness here, but not sure what’s best, though I think fixing guidelines violations is good even when older…)

These kinds of extreme edge conditions generally aren’t worth any engineering effort because the benefit is so small.

Not opposed, for the record, I just feel we’d be “fixing” a condition that is incredibly rare in the wild.

While I agree with your prioritizing, what’s the current status? Editing of older posts when flagged is _not_ possible now? or getting flagged turns posts editable again?
