# Editor only permissions

That could be possible?
I see that we have ‘Shared edits’ and more stuff for wikis but we will add to our team an editor that we don’t want more acces than edit.

So you want allow editing of wikis just for some, not for everyone? But can you use setting `min trust to edit wiki post ` and just create an editor-only group?

Not good idea. That setting allows only per trust level, it is not using groups.
And here is feature request for that, without any reactions:

Which editing actions do you need for your editor? Perhaps they could be set to [TL3, TL4, or a Category Moderator](https://meta.discourse.org/t/trust-level-permissions-table-inc-moderator-roles/224824)?

Just edit posts, not delete them or shows ‘mods’ in their profile because they don’t).
T3 could enable that? I will look into it, we need full edit permissions and that’s all.
