# Email can not be processed: Email::Receiver::BouncedEmailError

What does it mean when a bounced email cannot be processed by Discourse? Is it an issue in my setup, or an issue in how Discourse parses emails?

One of your users has an account that was suspended by the email provider. You don’t need to do anything except check that they’re correctly flagged as bouncing.

Hm I though `Email can not be processed` means Discourse can’t parse the bounced email report, doesn’t it?
