# בעיית אימייל מ-Discourse בפורום שלנו עבור כניסה/הרשמה

Hey Team,  
We run our forum on discourse called [Supra forum](https://forum.supra.com/) and past one week some of our users who were new are not able to get any email while signing up as well as while as one of the admins in the forum but when I am trying to log in by asking for a login link or trying to hit forget my password, I am not getting any email on my mail and not even in spam folder.

Kindly help to resolve.

האם אתה רואה בעיות כלשהן ב-/logs או במיילים שנדחו?

אם אתה משתמש ב-DigitalOcean, סביר להניח שתצטרך לעבור לפורט 2525 או אולי לפתוח פנייה ולקבל מהם פתיחה של כל פורט שתשתמש בו. מעבר הוא קל יותר ועובד ברוב המקרים.
