# Email notification to all users

Can a moderator or a TL4 staff post a topic that will trigger an email to all users? i think Admin posts trigger emails, but what about moderators and other TL4 staff.
for example, in our forum, we have super users, those people sometimes have important announcements that needs quickly be shared with all users, is there a function that would trigger an email notification after posting a topic only available to certain users? or maybe there’s a way around it?
