# Email notifications ignore AI-translated content

Hi!

First of all, thank you for the amazing Discourse AI Translation feature. I’ve implemented it on my forum ([https://community.gladysassistant.com/](https://community.gladysassistant.com/)) and it works incredibly well. I was even able to merge two Discourse forums (one English community and one French community) into a single space.

Now, English-speaking users see content in English, French-speaking users see content in French: it’s fantastic.

However, I’m running into one issue: **email notifications are still sent using the original message** , not the translated one.

This makes email notifications a bit confusing, since they become a mix of languages.

Is this a known limitation, a bug, or something planned for a future update?
