# Email template subject line adjustment

I am trying to see if the subject lines for emails with the user\_posted template can display just the title of the topic as opposed to what’s displayed for `%{topic_title}`

The current format displays as follows.

I know I can remove the %{site\_name}, but is there a way to remove the category name or maybe change the brackets to a colon?
