# メールで送信されたトピックは即時ではなく、1 時間ごとに届く

`example@forum.com` 宛に送信されたトピックは、1 時間ごとに特定のカテゴリにのみ表示されます。そのため、この時間を可能な限り瞬時に近づける方法についてお尋ねします。メールは Amazon EWS を通じて送信されています。誰かがメールを通じてプライベートメッセージや既存のトピックに直接返信した場合、その投稿は瞬時に表示されます。

この設定は私が行ったものではありませんが、解決方法の特定にご協力いただけますと幸いです。どの設定を調整すべきか不明です。
