# Embed additional explainer text in Form Template

My first project (2021) with the forum was not successful in Kazakhstan, since most residents of our country use telegram or whatsapp.
The appearance of the [Discourse AI](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-ai/259214) bot (@Falco ) and [Chatbot](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-chatbot-now-smarter-than-chatgpt/256652) (@merefield) plugins gave my site a second chance to exist, but only exclusively for communication between people with artificial intelligence. Now I am collecting request templates (prompts) in AI and this option for creating a ready-made template solves many of my problems. To fully utilize this feature on my Discourse instance, I would like to be able to embed additional text (template) in the form of comments or preamble at the beginning of the template or at the end: Here’s an example:

I can get behind this feedback.
For one thing, our first thought would be to include a banner image at the top of the form that isn’t an input, but this could also be any text as it was suggested above. Any sort of flavour content might be useful, to be honest 🙂
And a second bit of feedback - it would be nice if there would be an option to assign a tag to each input option that would be then added to the topic (obviously optionally, so I could choose whether to add a tag for any specific input) so that one can not only fill the body of the topic but also its tags for better filtering later on.

I also want to offer a similar function - a hidden comment or whisper for a template. That is, in a composer (editor) open to the user with a ready-made template, there will be a note hidden for the user, but visible only to site employees.

I’m interested in trying out [experimental form templates](https://meta.discourse.org/t/introducing-experimental-form-templates/278631) to create an interactive form for submitting support requests, for an open source software project.
One thing that seems to be missing is the ability to add instructions for how to complete the form. It’s possible to add a description for each field, but not overall instructions at the top of the form. Such things as:
- explanation of support provided
- before submitting, please read the docs (with links)
- use a good title and tags
- don’t provide passwords or personally identifiable info, etc
- review the topic afterwards and make any edits needed

Looks like there is some interest in this feature, or was last year anyway, so I’ll see if I can find out what the status is. It’s actually still described as experimental in the announcement and does not have a documentation topic devoted to it.

Yes this feature can have some really great uses if we can have it expanded to have general info between queries that could include pics and such
In a Learning platform for example maybe could be used for quizzes as an example. Combined with plugin like Private Topics. This similarity could be used for support as well.

I have some great examples and ideas of how to improve this if you need feedback. I’m currently using custom wizards for this, but would love to use something native!

I built something slightly different which can be used to put composer templates on tags (or anything else). One of the use-cases is i have a `/report` tag so it can also be used as a simpler intermediary solution for this issue. For example at a tag intersection with /report/[thistypeofissue]
Just a few more bugs to work out on it.
