こんにちは。

私も同じ問題に遭遇しました。

ローカライゼーションの問題は、おそらくユーザーが接続されていないため、そのロケールを推定するのが難しいことにあると思われますが、設定によるものでしょうか？ Discourseインスタンスが単一言語コミュニティのみを対象としている場合、それは理にかなっています！
