Hello there!

I would like to have your thought on this “bug”: [Embed: dates are not localized - #9 by weber-s](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embed-dates-are-not-localized/27997/9)

Would it make sens to have a setting for the date localization? Because right now it is in english, with no possibility of customization.
