훌륭한 기능 요청이라고 생각합니다. 불행히도 현재 저희는 Intercom과 같은 서비스처럼 채팅을 위젯화할 수 있는 환경이 갖춰져 있지 않지만, 확실히 검토하고 있는 사항입니다.

이는 즉각적인 로드맵에 포함하기보다는 2/3 버전에서 다룰 성격의 기능이라고 생각합니다. 이를 구현하려면 Discourse 내부 구조를 대폭 재설계해야 하며, 특히 “익명” 채팅을 처리하는 것 등 여러 요소를 고려해야 하기 때문입니다.
