Embedding Discourse comments in Adobe Muse webpages

(Piotr Z Marek) #1

Hello

It is possible? I read “Embedding Discourse in Static Sites” and I configured everything as it should be (I think so).

However this does nothing. Comment box should appear on the bottom of this page, below Disqus box.

What am I doing wrong? I preffer to use Discourse comments instead Disqus.

Thanks!

“feed polling url” isn’t set to a full URL - add http or https:// in front.

As the earlier input specifies to not add the protocol (establishing that mindset) perhaps the copy for the input that requires the protocol should say so?

We should either enforce this via settings check or make it more consistent or both @techapj

“feed polling url” does not require http / https in URL as per this commit:

@piotrek_lisowsk are you still facing this issue?
