# Embedding keeps showing "Loading Discussion..." with no error

I’ve read the similar topics, but couldn’t find a solution, and the [most relevant topic was closed](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embedding-stuck-on-loading-discussion/85655) so I couldn’t continue the discussion there 😕

I’ve embedded Discourse using [this React component](https://github.com/weaviate/weaviate-io/commit/8913ea40d1dece6200dba681932e360301bfd08a#diff-9525187bfbd6c758701bbf2b6ec478786d370a3f8a2da4bf27582edd1d109a1b). On [this page](https://6491afc73e9d56091381d05a--tangerine-buttercream-20c32f.netlify.app/company/playbook/how-a-values-driven-all-hands-helps-sustain-our-company-culture) I see “Loading Discussion…”, but the discussion never loads, and I don’t see any error in the console (unlike [this poster](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embedding-stuck-on-loading-discussion/85655/2)).

The URL is `window.location.href`, so it’s not [this problem](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-embed-blocked-on-loading-discussion/34411/6) apparently. Discourse _has_ created the topic successfully in the correct category.

hmmm could be related to security policy settings. i’ve had a similar embed issue and we had to get the security settings changed on the site we were embedding to. it looks like that site isn’t allowing the embed from the forum, especially if it is posting in the proper forum category without any issues. maybe have a look at that? 🤔
