# Emoji in tag names

Now we get new emojies and my `#orca` tag cries after its own image. We have a component to use Font Awesome icons, and I think even svg is possible — but not emojies. Earlier we could use emojies as part of name, but not anymore (that was somewhat problematic when searching, though).

is there some technical reasons why emojies aren’t possible? Other than _somebody else_™ hasn’t code such component?
