Emoji picker appears at the wrong place when clicking "more" on the completion popup

I’ve been able to trigger it multiple times on different topics (I’ve copy-pasted the content of the message I give in the gifs below), but I don’t know what messes up the popup coordinates. [chrome_iQCEmuLAZN] [chrome_smqfBaYeju]
