Can someone help me understand the following errors?:

Are you on latest 1.3 beta? There was a bug with avatar generation that I recall. You should update the whole image via ssh, git pull, rebuild.

Make sure you have the required 1 GB RAM and a page file of at least 1 GB, per our official install docs.
