Нет,  
Я установил режим «Просмотр» для большинства категорий. Эта проблема возникает при установке плагина [Discourse Private Replies](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-private-replies/146712). Когда я отключаю этот плагин, я могу найти свою тему без входа в учётную запись.
