# ERRORE - esecuzione scaduta

Ho inviato un’email di prova e sono stato accolto con:

‘ERRORE - esecuzione scaduta (email)’  
Sto usando MailGun per le email SMTP. Porta 587

Innanzitutto non so come risolvere, quindi puoi aiutarmi con questo?

In secondo luogo ho letto questo

e stiamo ospitando su digital ocean, nella loro guida ufficiale menzionano che le porte SMTP 25, 465 e 587 sono bloccate sui Droplet per prevenire spam e altri abusi della nostra piattaforma. [Fonte](https://docs.digitalocean.com/support/why-is-smtp-blocked/)

Per inviare posta da DigitalOcean, consigliamo di utilizzare SendGrid tramite la [App 1-Click SendGrid Marketplace](https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/sendgrid).
