# Error loading pages, reload is ok

When I try to load a page, it shows error loading the page. when i click reload, the pages loads without issue. tried rebuilding the app, and restarting the server, but no luck. any clue what the problem may be? thanks!

Do you have any third party plugins installed or any JS customizations in Admin, Customize? Try disabling them.

Thanks for the suggestion. Solved. In my Customization, one line of code calls an external social sharing button service (SumoMe). Something’s wrong with their service, taking the entire site down with it.

Again, appreciate the suggestion.
