# Error loading route Caused by plugin 'discourse-subscriptions'

We are a new install with the latest release, and activated the Subscriptions plugin, and we’re getting this error message. **Error loading route  
Caused by plugin ‘discourse-subscriptions’**

Subscriptions version: 2.8.1 Preinstalled

### Discourse 2026.3.0-latest

Any help on what to look for to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. This is all new to us, we need a “Student Driver” placed on the back of our car!
