عندما أذهب إلى صفحة المجموعات ([domain.com/g](http://domain.com/g))، فإنها تجلب جميع المجموعات ولكن عندما أحاول الدخول إلى أي مجموعة معينة، فإنها تعطيني الخطأ التالي، هذا الخطأ يأتي مع جميع المجموعات
أنا مالك هذه المجموعات وقد تحققت من ذلك من حساب مستخدم عادي أيضًا وهذه الأخطاء نفسها تأتي مع هذا النوع المحدد من المستخدمين أيضًا.
يرجى مساعدتي في إصلاح هذه المشكلة.

هل يمكنك التحقق من `\\logs` أو وحدة تحكم المتصفح عند محاولة الوصول إلى المجموعة لمعرفة ما إذا كان هناك مزيد من التفاصيل حول الخطأ هناك؟

جربت الوضع الآمن أيضًا ولكن لا يزال الخطأ نفسه يظهر.
يرجى مساعدتي في حل هذه المشكلة في أقرب وقت ممكن لأن هذا أصبح أمرًا بالغ الأهمية بالنسبة لنا، حيث لا يمكن لأحد الانضمام إلى أي من المجموعات.

أنا أستخدم هذه الإضافات فقط. لقد جربت أيضًا في الوضع الآمن ولا تزال تظهر لي تلك الأخطاء، حيث يقوم الوضع الآمن بتعطيل جميع الإضافات.

أخبرني إذا كان إزالة المكون الإضافي قد أصلح المشكلة. لا أرى كيف يمكن للمكون الإضافي أن يفعل ذلك ولكني لا أرى أي سبب آخر لوجود هذه المشكلة لديك.

أعتقد حقًا أن هذه الوظيفة يجب أن تكون في جوهر Discourse، خاصة القدرة على إرسال رسالة خاصة جديدة إلى الموظفين لجميع المستخدمين النشطين بغض النظر عن مستوى الثقة أو حد معدل الرسائل الخاصة لديهم. لقد تلقيت العديد من التقارير (العامة) من مستخدمين جدد من المستوى 0 كانوا يحاولون الاتصال بي ولم يتمكنوا من القيام بذلك. وتمكين الرسائل الخاصة العامة من مستخدم إلى آخر للمستخدمين من المستوى 0 هو فكرة سيئة.
