`./launcher rebuild app`

进行更新时遇到这个错误

ActiveRecord::RecordNotUnique: PG::UniqueViolation: ERROR: 无法创建唯一索引 "index_discourse_solved_solved_topics_on_answer_post_id" (ActiveRecord::RecordNotUnique)
DETAIL: 键 (answer_post_id)=(201795) 被重复。

```
