# 错误：用户无法创建新帐户

我之前在使用 Discourse Encrypt 时也遇到过类似的错误，当时控制台中没有显示任何可见的错误，但看起来你们没有安装那个插件。你们的 `/logs` 中有任何错误吗？

对于之前类似的案例，如果你们可以尝试一下，使用邀请注册似乎更能揭示问题所在？
