モデレーターとして恒久的に削除しようとするとエラーが発生します

From what I read at

posts can be permanently deleted by the same administrator who deleted the post only after 5 minutes have passed OR by a different administrator immediately.

It looks like the feature is meant to be admins only. However, it seems like the option being shown to moderators could be a bug.
