`async\_connect\_or\_reset’: connection to server on socket “/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432” failed: FATAL: Peer authentication failed for user “discourse” (PG::ConnectionBad)

Hello there I am getting the above error in the vanilla.rb bulk import script when I run it.
