# Errors encountered when uploading images

There isn’t much to go on. The site is out of date, so the first thing I’d recommend would be to do an upgrade. That will involve the [PostgreSQL 13 update](https://meta.discourse.org/t/postgresql-13-update/172563), so it will be a little tricky.

Is it that you can’t upload any PDFs or just that one?
