# Escape does not close the Search panel

I think this was a recent regression, maybe 2.3.0?

Opening the Search panel (by clicking the magnifying glass, top right), cannot be canceled with Escape.

The other two “menus” (hamburger, and avatar) cancel with the Escape key.
