数字服务法案（Digital Services Act）[要求](https://dsa.kemitchell.com/#24p2)在线平台托管服务商发布其过去六个月在欧盟的“平均月活跃用户数”。拥有欧盟访问者的 Discourse 论坛所有者将必须遵守此规定。

这些数字至少每六个月更新一次，并且必须放在服务用户界面的公共部分——对于 Discourse 论坛，就是论坛的公共页面。
