Reported here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/event-date-and-time-not-visible-in-c…ategories-view/412078 At the moment event date badges appear in regular topic lists but not in the categories page's featured and latest topic lists, because those components had no `topic-list-after-title` outlet and featured topics didn't have the required event fields. This change adds the outlet to `FeaturedTopic` and `LatestTopicListItem`. discourse-events now preloads the event fields for the categories page and serializes them to avoid an additional request per topic. This also allows the event dates to appear with suggested topics.
