# Exclude mods from editing posts in a single category

I have discourse running with about seven categories. There is one category in particular that I would not like modded by anyone except myself (admin). Is there a way to remove all mod’s rights from only one category while retaining their rights in all other categories?

You can add category moderators, though they have somewhat more limited power than a full moderator.
