# Exclude users from analytics

Is it possible to exclude groups like the admin group or specific users from the dashboard reports?

I don’t believe this is currently possible, though someone asked a very similar thing just recently too - [Exclude staff from statistics](https://meta.discourse.org/t/exclude-staff-from-statistics/259048) so it may be a good addition to consider. I think the current option is to create a [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) query that marries up with the dashboard report, but has a group parameter as well.
