# 现有订阅在续订时出现错误

FYI 我的用户在现有订阅中遇到了这个问题……

我尝试通过模拟身份验证也收到了相同的信息。银行卡类型确实存在于表单页面上，等等。该用户以前也是 Patreon 的支持者，但现在处于“免费模式”。他们在插件管理员中被列为“已取消”的 Stripe 账户。再说一遍……如果这些过去的记录点导致 Stripe 出错，为什么不提供一种方法来简单地清除这些数据，因为用户拥有一个已停用的 Stripe 和 Patreon 账户，如果这会导致交易失败，这些数据就不再相关了。
