Prune obsolete topics re. About page customization
(Prompted by this answer, and along the lines of this cleanup item…)
An Aug 2024 update to the About page added features that are now explained in Understanding and customizing the About page.
This has made some topics obsolete:

2023 open support topic: Customize About page in similar way to ‘SiteSetting.guidelines_topic_id’

2019 closed support topic: Extending the About page
These don’t seem to have any remaining value… I’d be inclined to delete, but what’s the preferred action here: add note & close? archive? delete?
