Looks like the title of this doc was changed, but the index still refers to it as auto captioning.

And I think [this post](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic/345744/?silent=true) is only a wiki because it was posted to the #Wiki and moved to another category afterwards. I don’t think it still needs to be a wiki.
