抱歉，更正一下，不需要使用 Rails 控制台（尽管通过 CLI 访问您确实可以访问它）。您可以按以下方式创建您的账户：

```sh
cd /var/discourse # 或者您放置 discourse_docker 仓库的任何位置
./launcher enter app
rake admin:create

```
