# Failed to bootstrap on first install

I followed the tutorial at [🇨🇳 Detailed installation guide + control panel | 超级详细教学安装discourse+控制面板](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse/278426) to deploy Discourse on a cloud server. I installed Docker and started the container as instructed. However, after completing the configuration, during the app build phase (where my logs are interrupted), the SSH connection to the server becomes unresponsive. The server status shows 100% disk read, and it freezes. I can only restart it from the control panel. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
