Если вы не можете воспроизвести проблему в режиме инкогнито (я имел в виду именно это, а не безопасный режим), то, скорее всего, это связано с ограничениями, наложенными на браузер.

Мы можем попытаться исправить ошибки, которые вы видите, но если, например, школа блокирует Giphy, мы ничего не можем с этим поделать.
